I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, ‘Money makes the world go round’. The Bible says it this way: ‘Money answers all things’. These quotes, and many like them, show that money is something that we can’t ignore. As long as we live and breathe, we will need money. And as a school that’s focused on grooming the total child, we prepare our children to not only fit into society, but also bloom!
Currency Day is a day set aside to educate children about money – what money is, its history, why it’s important, its value, and lots more. All in a fun, interactive environment.
Financial experts from various banks were on ground, and they educated our blooming children on various financial literacy topics, such as savings. The children asked intelligent questions as the experts shed light on money matters.
This year’s Currency Day was fun and education perfectly blended into one experience!
